Just as the memorial of the #Endsars protest goes higher, Nigerian police were filmed spraying a red pepper spray in the eyes of an Uber driver who has refused arrest.

According to the police, he accused the Uber driver of using matchet to threaten people during the memorial of the people killed during the October 20th, 2020 #endsars protest in Lekki Lagos state.

Nevertheless, the Uber driver who refused entering the police van was seen begging for his dear life as he screamed to be innocent of every accusation.

While the police kept on forcing him to enter the police van, he eventually sprayed a toxic substance into his eyes in a bid to make him obey.

So many have believed that the policeman has sprayed into the uber driver’s eye a red pepper as they kept on calling on the Lagos state’s governor to see the video.

Don Jazzy who also posted the video clip on his page called on the governor not to deny this later. In his words, he wrote;

“Tomorrow they will tell us no policeman sprayed pepper spray directly into a man’s eyes. #endsars @jidesanwoolu”

Many other celebrities tagged the Lagos state governor while soliciting for proper governance.
