Listing Guidelines

These Listing Guidelines set the standards for all product and service listings on www.ebukason.com, operated by Ebukason.com LTD.

All sellers must follow these rules, the Seller Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and all other policies. Violations may lead to listing removal, suspension, or permanent ban.

General Requirements

Every listing must:

• Be accurate, complete, and 100% honest
• Comply with all Nigerian and international laws
• Be placed in the correct category
• Not mislead or confuse customers

Permitted Items

You can sell items that fit our categories (electronics, fashion, groceries, beauty, digital products, etc.) if they are:

• Legal to sell in Nigeria and the buyer’s location
• Owned by you or you have full resale rights
• Safe and working properly

Strictly Prohibited Items

Restricted Items (Need Approval)

Email sales@ebukason.com first:

• Items above ₦500,000
• Food, supplements, cosmetics, medical items
• Custom or made-to-order products

Listing Content Rules

Title

• Clear & descriptive (e.g. “iPhone 15 Pro 256GB – Black – Brand New”)
• Maximum 80 characters • No keyword stuffing

Description

• Include condition, specs, materials, defects
• No false claims like “cures cancer” or “100% guaranteed”

Images

• Original photos only • Minimum 800×800 pixels
• At least 3 clear images from different angles
• No watermarks, text overlays, or stock photos

Prohibited Practices

• No duplicate listings
• No fake reviews or rating manipulation
• No external links or off-platform deals
• No fake discounts or price inflation

Listing Removal & Appeals

We may remove any listing that breaks these rules.
To appeal, contact support@ebukason.com within 7 days with proof.

Updates to Guidelines

We may update these rules anytime. Continued use means you accept the changes.
