By buying or selling on Ebukason, you agree to follow this Policy, the Seller Terms & Conditions, Listing Guidelines, and Privacy Policy.

Standard Return Period

Customers can request a return or refund within 7 days from delivery.

Eligible Reasons for Return

You can return if:
• Item not delivered on time
• Item is damaged or defective
• Item is significantly not as described
• Change of mind — only if the seller allows it (must be stated in listing)

Not Eligible for Return

  • Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” (unless defective)
  • Custom or made-to-order items (unless defective)
  • Digital products once downloaded
  • Used, washed, or damaged items (unless defective on arrival)

How to Request a Return

1. Message the seller via Ebukason chat within 7 days of delivery
2. Include: Order number • Reason • Photos (if damaged/defective)
3. Seller must reply within 48 hours

Return Shipping

  • Seller pays return shipping → if damaged, defective, or not as described
  • Customer pays return shipping → change of mind (if allowed)
  • Return item within 7 days of approval using a tracked service

Refund Process

Once approved and item received:
• Refund processed within 5 business days
• Money back to original payment method
• You’ll see it in your account in 3–10 days

Seller Responsibilities

  • Clearly state your return policy in every listing
  • Respond fast to return requests
  • Pay for return shipping on faulty items
  • Issue refunds quickly
