These Seller Terms and Conditions govern your participation as a seller on the Platform. By registering or listing products/services on www.ebukason.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Listing Guidelines, Refund Policy and all other applicable policies.

Eligibility

To become a seller you must:

• Be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts
• Be a registered business or individual authorized to sell in Nigeria
• Provide accurate business and contact information
• Comply with all Nigerian laws and regulations

Seller Account

You are responsible for keeping your account secure. We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, engages in fraud, or remains inactive for over 6 months.

Listing & Selling Rules

You must follow our Listing Guidelines and never list prohibited items (counterfeit, illegal, dangerous, or offensive products).

Pricing, Taxes & Order Fulfilment

• You set your prices and are responsible for all taxes
• You must pack and ship orders on time with tracking
• We can assist with fulfilment when needed

Customer Service

Reply to customers within 48 hours and follow our Refund & Returns Policy.

Fees & Payments

You agree to pay all fees shown in our Fee Schedule (commission, listing fees, advertising, etc.). Payments are made according to our Payment Schedule after deducting fees.

Intellectual Property

You grant us the right to use your images and descriptions to promote the Platform. You guarantee your content does not infringe anyone else’s rights.

Prohibited Activities

• No fraud, fake reviews, or price manipulation
• No selling outside the Platform
• No bypassing our fees

Termination

We may terminate your account at any time. You may close your account with 30 days notice after completing all orders.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria.

Updates

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use means you accept the changes.
